This is a 3rd shift position (2100 - 0700) working four 10 hour days. ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform both uptime and down time maintenance function (PM s generated from CMMS) Utilize CMMS with platforms and maintenance teams to identify and track completed tasks. Troubleshoot equipment both electrical and controls systems. Set up predictive and preventative maintenance. Training mechanics and operators on the floor. Early management of predictive and planned maintenance training. Assisting maintenance planners with job plan creation and work order planning. Technical reliability resource for training and utilization of preventative and predictive maintenance. Conduct corrective maintenance work orders (Work orders generated from CMMS). Coordinate prioritization of work orders with floor maintenance techs and Team Leaders. Resource for CI activities across plant. Utilize DACUM s, OPL s .and. red books as processing and training tools. Train others on equipment reliability and controls. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility and some line equipment as well as reactive work when required. Train others on controls and electrical systems. Promote safety and actively participate in CHAMPS program.
