We are currently seeking an experienced Product Development Manager (PDM) for our NuQuip High-Pressure Accessory products. SUMMARY Develops business growth strategy and executes plan to increase sales revenue by analyzing new and existing markets to drive new business opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES Product Line Business Performance Establishes annual strategic NuQuip product line business plan (revenue and operations income). Ensures business plan execution to meet or exceed annual revenue and operating income targets. Provides guidance, strategies, and support (product marketing) to Sales and Marketing to ensure sales objectives are met. Reports on business status in management reviews and weekly reports. Develop Product Portfolio Growth Strategy Plans and implements five year growth plan for NuQuip product line. Identifies and develops opportunities to leverage existing products, new products, and gain access in new markets. Builds relationships with strategic customers to understand market drivers. Develops portfolio rationalization strategy: market share, product positioning, value proposition, portfolio analysis, and management of the product life cycle. Analyzes market trends and prepare sales forecast for use in planning manufacturing operations. Provides market intelligence and analysis to evaluate competition, customers, and opportunities by defining product road maps to achieve or exceed profitability and growth goals. Identifies and assists in the development of appropriate marketing initiatives, promotional plans, and sales tools that target high-value growth opportunities. Gains new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating sales leads and referrals. Performs other related duties as required.
