          Practice Specifics:


          • Seeking a FP Candidate interested in doing an OB practice to work in the Essentia Health Clinic in Fosston, MN.


          • Excellent salary with starting incentive.


          • Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 4


          • Total advanced practitioners in specialty currently in department at practice site: 1

          • Sites where provider will work: Fosston – Primary; Oklee & Bagley – future; Mahnomen – future


          • Hospital(s) where provider will work: First Care Medical – Fosston


          • Anticipated weekly work schedule: M-F 8:30-5PM (1/2 to 1 day off during week)
