          Job Description:
          This position is a non-supervisory role in the systems/programming function within our Information Systems Department.

          Job Responsibilities:


          • Provides detailed analysis and design for new development, enhancements, and maintenance of systems.

          • Provides technical advice, instruction, and training to other unit/department personnel with less experience.

          • Monitors and reports project progress, estimates time/resource requirements to fulfill work requests and recommends alternate solutions and schedules to ensure successful completion.

          • Writes and documents unit test code based on designs.

          • Troubleshoots problems with production software and maintains existing application code.

          • Performs other duties as assigned.
            Qualifications:

          • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent job experience.

          • 6 or more years of experience in systems and programming.
